estrogen induced gyno can b prevented by using nolvadex for prophylaxis, although in my opinion it hinders gains significantly, however u can use arimidex to prevent the estrogen formation as it inhibits the aromatase enzyme required 4 estrogen conversion.
on the other hand prgesterone indued gyno caused more likely from high dosages of deca (exceeding 600mgs per week, this is from experience) can b controlled slighty if used winstrol during the same cycle.

Let's see. You don't know shit about which roids aromatise, but you know that you are prone to gyno. How in the hell do you know that you are prone to gyno?
|
 |
Use non-aromatizing steroids |

iwrecknsaw, he probably had some pubertal mammary gland formation, which made him have some disc (gyno) beneath the nipple. Jay u could do a blood and hormonal picture if ure not sure that includes prolactin, estradiol. and e2 receptor sensitivity test, and i can help u interpret the results 4 u if u dont mind

where i live it is not very costly, but i recommend that u do it just to remove a few thoughts ( if u have prolactin associated gyno, then treatment will probably involve treating the excessive hormonal secretion with prolactin anatagonists, e.g. Bromocriptine, however if it is estrogen associated then the test will display if it is due to an increase in estrogen levels or is it due to low circulating levels of androgens in serum, which can b treated easily using a low dose of androgen such as test depot 100mgs for a couple of months using nolvadex as an estrogen antagonist in the breast area).
i have a couple of q's for u Jay:
- is there any discharge or abnormal fluid secretion from the nipple if u squeeze them?
- how long have u been using anabolics if any and what were their types and dosages?
- r u sure that there is a hard lump underneath the nipple, or just an accumulation of fatty tissue(based on your diagnoses)?
n.b. as a side note, do not perform the hormaonal picture right away if u hvae just completed a cycle, as this will greatly influence the test producing pseudo-results

Question, I had gyno from a heavy cycle taken in my early 20's, then had a cosmetic surgeon remove them, this was about 8 years ago, I am 35 now and cycling again, with stronger juices, and no sign of gyno. Could this be from the operation or is it possible I could get gyno again?

I'm sure some plastic surgeons don't know how to do it right.
My ex's looked perfect, no scar what-so-ever. (he won mr MN after) He had gyno so bad!!!!, he would always say "you could have played golf with what they took out of me"...!lol!
He looked so much better after surgery, and wasted so many years and money on anti estrogens that never worked.
bbforlife, you're right though, I'm sure many get a botched job. I can recommend the surgeon in Minneapolis is anyone is interested, he's very cheap....he did my chest too, my implants were only $2,600!

Christoph, I wouldn't worry if the surgeon removed the entire galnd, and as u said, u had cycled recently without any problems.
But I'm curious whether u used any anti-estrogens this time, cause if u did then it would b really hard to determine whether u had the entire gland removed or not.
