is this a picture of the real ones or fake ones, and how can you tell them apart?

The lot #'s are not "in line" and appear to be indented with the roller stamp.

On the fakes, the lot #'s are lined up perfectly and there is no indenting like a stamp would do.

Also, I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the fakes have a dull silver cap and the real one's are much shinier.

Another way to tell is... take 600mg's a week with no test... If you can no longer get a woody then ya... their real/;

Both Look real to me. One is of the Vials, The other is of the Box the vials come in. Love those! wish I had a big pile of them to use :)
